Your thoughts on your garden:

I really enjoy my garden—what a difference from trying to grow grass. It is its own little ecosystem.

What surprises people most about my water-wise landscaping:

The range of plants that can be grown with less water.

What I like most about my water-wise garden:

Saving water is important because…

as the population grows, we will be using more and more water. We need to save water run-off and make sure it goes back into the ground and not just down the drain. Water-wise gardening is easy and makes sense. We also need to stop trash reaching our beaches—our water is full of pollutants. We can stop this.
