I really enjoy my garden—what a difference from trying to grow grass. It is its own little ecosystem.

Saving water is important because…

as the population grows, we will be using more and more water. We need to save water run-off and make sure it goes back into the ground and not just down the drain. Water-wise gardening is easy and makes sense. We also need to stop trash reaching our beaches—our water is full of pollutants. We can stop this.
